Meet the Founder
Minreet Kaur
(Founder & Director)
Minreet Kaur is a UK-based award-winning journalist and founder of Asian Women Run CIC
Her work blends storytelling, advocacy, and grassroots organising, focusing on representation and safety for South Asian women in public spaces and sport.
Her personal running journey began during lockdown, where she discovered both physical and emotional strength through movement. After experiencing feelings of isolation within mainstream running spaces, she created Asian Women Run to ensure other women would not feel the same.
Regional Lead
Suky Dhindsa
